Squeezing in what's left

Due to some top UN meeting the entire street was sealed with policemen everyehere. (Couldn't Obama stay put in his hotelroom with all the Snickers?). I wanted to send postcards from their postoffice but had to make do with seeing the shiny building and the many flags from afar.

New York Public Library, Stephen A. Schwarzman Building.

Where they keep the books at the non lending library.

Now a library is a funny place for formal uniforms.

Grand Central Station, some shiny building and The Chrysler Building

Last hours were spent at Macy's, the world's largest department store (according to Macy's). Liked their escalators.

And loved their Christmas section! In September!
